Arbor Bank is a local bank with branches along the Nebraska / Iowa border. Focused on providing exceptional customer care to their Personal and Business banking customers, Arbor Bank came to Cybernautic looking to redesign their existing website and apply that same focus to their overall website user experience.

 

As a leading banking website design agency, Cybernautic worked together with Arbor Bank on a vision to create a website that allows them to provide their customers with financial and community support.

The Challenge

Arbor Bank reached out to Cybernautic as part of their initiative to enhance their digital presence. They wanted their site to not only be functional for the bank side of things, but also serve to their mortgage and insurance divisions. Specifically, they were looking for a conversioned focused website with easy navigation, modern design, easy administration, blog capability, and social media integrations.

The Cybernautic team worked hard to smooth over and provide the right solutions to mitigate the major pain points the Arbor Bank team experienced with their old website. Things like minimal access to manage content, lack of clear calls to action, outdated design, etc. Some services needed to be highlighted more engagingly and the old site had a lack of modern technology options such as easy content editing, the ability to maintain a blog, and social media integration.

 

Arbor Bank's new website is chock-full of these features! Through the Cybernautic Editor, their team can manage virtually every bit of website content including adding pages, swapping out and editing photos, scaling easily as new branch locations and ATMs are added, and more.
